@High-speed Machines:
Yutakafs machines inspect fasteners using cameras and optic devices. The parts are placed in a feeder bowl and they are fed down a rail to a carrying disc or carousel. From there, the disc moves the parts in front of different cameras that inspect the work. The good parts are then separated from the bad parts. The Cameras are the major parts of the machines, and Yutaka uses Keyence cameras for its equipment. Keyence is a well-respected product with offices and technical support across the world.

How the System Works:
The machines are set by our expert engineers who place good parts in front of the camera and use a joystick to draw shape on and around the part. For example, when the head diameter is measured, a circle is drawn around the head of the fastener and parameters are set. The camera would then know to reject any work that was not within the parameters. The cameras are very fast and can orient and process parts faster that you can blink. The other key part of the machine is the software. Yutaka has software engineers that have developed software to link the Keyence software to production-type software. This allows users to store multiple jobs and have access to the inspection information, trends, totals, etc.

@Feed System: Reliable and Versatile
- Air-assisted system: standard for most feeding systems.
- Special disc designed to accept blanks without jamming: the carrying disc accepts the parts as smoothly as possible.
- Auto-reverse vibratory feeder. The vibe bowl is connected to a sensor, and if it senses a jam, the bowl vibe will reverse, clear the jam, and return back to normal operation.
